Hey guys sorry if this has been posted here before (I didn't see it). I don't know what I've done, but when I try to open a folder on the desktop and click the button under the trackpad to open it, it doesn't work any more. I have to click the open option on the toolbar on the top of the desktop and idea how to rectify it. Thanks

Sounds like you've adjusted the double-click timing for your trackpad too quick. Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences... > Keyboard & Mouse > Mouse. Check the Double-Click Speed setting, mine is set to 3 notches below Fast.

I'm assuming that you can still use the button to open menus etc. ?
