Needed: New Ireland Footie Songs+ Team Song

I reckon we should pull out all the stops to help the lads qualify for and do well in the next World Cup. First off we definitely need some new songs....Ole Ole and Come on you Boys in Green are a bit old at this stage I reckon (though not to be discarded completely)....we need somthing a bit fresher to get behind the team.

Furthermore, I reckon the squad should be forced to record a footie song/video, including Brady and Trappatoni. Something lighthearted in the spririt of The Anfield Rap for example.

Would improve the team spirit no end I reckon. Let's get a petition going and send it into the FAI.

^ 'You're going home in a...'. is a truly classic chant, I'd put it in the same category as 'Whos the wanker in the black' , all the great songs about Shamrock Rovers having no home (and there's a few of them) and Aberdeen chanting 'You're just a fat Eddie Murphy' at that lad who plays for Rangers (Darcheville?) plus the brilliant 'Oh my God I can't believe it- we've never been this good away from home' :cool:
