Hello,
I'm considering renting in cork city soon. Probably a 2 bed. There is an awful lot of talk about prices dropping and I'm wondering if this has affected cork rentals/ rentals in general. Rental prices are around 900euro for a 2 bed terrace. Is there anyway to see a historical price drop on specific rental prices on daft? I wonder if there won't be much of a drop as it is a student city. Has anyone asked for a discount on the advertised rental price?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
