If you're not a particular fan, Doug Potts is an old geezer, the father-in-law of the local vicar. Not your automatic candidate for this kind of story.

The guy is caught scratching his balls in the post office
. She says, "It raises awareness of what can be an embarrassing infection and stresses the importance of seeking medical advice."

Who says soap can't perform a valuable social function?
