Recovering from hypochondria

About a year ago now I pulled myself out of a year-and-a-half long hypochondria problem, which severely depressed me at the time.
i saw a therapist after about half a year of suffering with hypochondria, it wasn't so much that the therapist treated me, but she listened to everything i talked about for 6 months, that seemed to help an unbelievable amount, and my problems dissipated.

anyway, all that history was just so i could ask a question.
I'm not looking for a "you had hypochondria, this is normal" type of thing. I'm just looking for someone to calm me down. When i was knee-deep in my problems, i'd find irregularities on my body, that i'd worry about endlessly until someone told me something to make me feel better.

I'm only 15, so my parents often helped me to feel better.

Just now i felt an odd lump on the back of my neck, i know that i'm 15, so spots are natural, and that places around the neck are incredibly bumpy and strange because of the amount of veins thats actually in your neck.

But i've noticed for a while now that i get these kind of spots popping up on my neck whenever i feel back there.

Now, i would ask my parents about this but naturally they're asleep.
I'm not looking for someone to tell me to see my GP. I'd just like someone to tell me if they notice odd things on their neck, or anywhere on their bodies.
I'd be more than happy to offer help to anyone else who is worried about something on their body, i've noticed enough strange things of my exterior to have knowledge about it that most adults don't have.

they're not really small lumps, they're not big, but imagine a spot on your forehead that feels large but looks average

I hate to say it, but I don't think you are recovering very well. At 15 your body is still changing and you can't keep worrying about every little bump and lump. Take less time looking for problems and concentrate on your recovery

    Ask someone in the morning.
