Netopia Model 3347NWG Firmware update problem

    hey guys I have a Netopia Model 3347NWG modem, software is 7.5.0 which shows me the old login style from a few years ago and I want to update this to 7.4.2R2 which seems to be latest version. When I go to install it using the install function it fails or doesnt respond and if I try to automatically update the software using the firmware update function it refers to the modem as a Netopia 3000 and times out or comes up as fail. I downloaded the eircom broadband installation file from the website and this doesnt resolve the problem either. My broadband is working fine but I want my modem to show the modern login page which shows much more information than the old login style. Is there a way I can completely uninstall the modems software and start again from scratch so that my login page/firmware is uptodate?

    No that's not the latest version(even though eircom site says it is). 7.6 is the newest but when I installed that version it was unstable re snr but did bring my attenuation down by 3. I had to downgrade back down to 7.5- you are best off just leaving it at 7.5 tbh
