Magnet Broadband Bill

22-08-2008 6:40pm#1Just got a bill for "development special offer package rental" for 76.99 through the door. My monthly bill is always 30.oo on the dot for a 4 meg line, TV and phone.
I did a speed test and the speed is still the same, tried to ring customer care but everyone is gone home.
Anyone any idea what this is for?
