There's a bartender here in New York who knows nothing about sport - obviously not a tenable situation for a bartender. He gets by with variations of the word "Unbelievable".

"Did you see the game last night?"
"Unbelievable."
"wasn't it? I couldn't believe he made that catch."
"Just unbe-f*cking-lievable."

It works really well.
