Apologies if this is off-topic but would be appreciative of any help or ideas.

Just starting to research a career in nutritional science. I've a Bsc in Computer Science and was wondering how best to approach this, short of completing a Bsc in a Biological Science, which would be extremely time-consuming.

Suppose I'm looking for a primer-course of some description; something to pre-empt an Msc or the likes.
