Tirunesh Dibaba won the 5,000m earlier today and became the first woman in history to win both the 10,000m and 5,000m in the same Olympics. Very cagey race until the last lap when herself, Defer and Abeylegesse broke for home. She won at a canter, and Abeylegesse won silver for Turkey overtaking Defer on the home straight.…
