Transfer iBook G4 files onto iMac

    Hi guys, I have a problem, recently my ibook G4 screen was internally smashed so I am unable to view anythign at all on my computer, I know the harddrive etc is all perfect working condition, but now i need to figure out a way to transfer all my files & software from my ibook onto my imac.. anybody got any ideas??

    Hook up your iBook to you iMac using a firewire cable and boot it up in Target mode (holding down the T key). You iBook should appear as a disk on your iMac and copy the data off.
