    Original poster, this is not the USA. Irish laws are such that if you post something that can cause legal problems it's the owners of the site that get sued, not you. They protect themselves and other users by having forum moderators. As soon as the law changes they'll be happy to let as many fools as possible type themselves in to bankruptcy and jail time :)

    Seems to be a lot of anger here. When I feel like this I do any of the following:

    1 - Relax The Cax
    2 - Go for a long hard run
    3 - Do a few 1RM on the bench or squat
    4 - Do a session of say 3 x 30 all out with full recoveries.
    5 - Find a nice lady
    6 - Find a nice beer
