PT stats

    I'm still getting to grips with PT3. I'm not the most computer-literate so bear with me...

    When I'm playing, sometimes my own stats disappear for a good while and to see them I have to go to Configure stats>Apply for my stats to appear at the table. But then the problem reoccurs. Can someone please help me out here?

    (ps: there should be a PT sticky where everyone can post their PT/HM problems on the one thread?)

    Have you got the latest version, I thought it solved the disappearing stats issue?

    I've got version 3.00 Build 2, which is the latest version.. :confused:

    I have V3.00 beta 15. Check the "Help" tab in PT3 and see if its the same.

    Just double checked there. And then I visited the PT site, the beta version is the most recent one?? Didnt realise it went back into beta! Right so. I already have PostgreSQL so I'll download the beta version without PostgreSQL???

    Yes. Download beta15 and you should find it works as smoothly as a clock.

    No - it doesn't - I have the newest one and they still disappear - not only mine but sometimes everyone elses - only happens when tables are minimised (which is most of the time)

    Go up to PT at the top of the table (on iPoker at least) and press reset - I think that worked. Or just maximise then minimise the tables and that works too I think
