Irons advice - Spalding Executive

    Hi All

I haven't played golf in a few years and am considering getting into it again.
My brother had a set of Spalding Executives and I always remember them as being great clubs, large sweet spot etc and probably suitable for a beginner too. However I would guess that they are fairly archaic these days as I know his ones were second hand and probably made in the early 90's.

There's a set on ebay now I'm thinking about bidding on. Would they be a good purchase ? All advice welcome.

    cheers

I don't have any experience of the clubs you are talking about but I would suggest that you could get better ones.

Why not go to a local driving range and see if they can advise you. You should be able to pickup some good 2nd hand sets.
