    Hi,

Thinking about purchasing a house in Ennis. Does anybody know the state of the market there. I have been told that there is a big over supply and should offer well below the asking price. Any pointers

You need to be well informed and the general advice seems to be not to buy at the moment. Try www.thepropertypin.com for information and also www.treesdontgrowtothesky.com to see the current price drops etc.

In your situation I would not be rushed into any decision without lots of research and taking lots of advice.

    Good luck
