continiously get the message "logged on at another place re-logon"

I have been using voipcheap for some time now, using a PC and a USB phone

Hooked up an ATA (and Dect phone) to my router, configured the ATA to use voipcheap and it is working fine.

The problem I get is on my PC , when voipcheap starts on my PC , I continiously get the message "logged on at another place re-logon" I choose "Yes" and I get logged on to voipcheap , however the "logged on at another place re-logon" reoccurs continiously

Any ideas ?

You have it configured in the ATA so its already logged into Voipcheap. When you open it on the pc it tries to log in again and thats why you get the message. You cant be logged in twice.

You only need it open on the pc to check your balance, then just exit the program.

Some calls I make from the ATA some calls I make while at my PC

what type of ATA you have?

I don't know anything about voipcheap, but Blueface allows you to define multiple SIP logins on one account (one for each device), and they can then both connect at the same time.
