    Could anyone answer the following government website is killing me

    if you have worked for an emplioyer for less than 2 years are you entitled to a redundancy payment?

    Are you entitles to tax back after you are made redundant looks like hard times help appreciated!!!!!!

    I was made redundant from the company after 18 months and was not entitled to a redundancy payment.

    If you complete the P50 form and send it to the tax office however you have to wait a number of weeks if receiving solcial welfare payments.
