    Hi there.
    I have one question, do I need in ROI distilling license if I want make alcohol?
    I mean vodka... I have access to distilling equipment, but i dont want make anything illegal...

    I don't know that your allowed to distil privately in this country. Distillery's have a habit of blowing up if their not looked after properly.

    Possibly apply for a micro brew license,for 40 liters or less?Beer and booze forum would've been better tbh.

    A license is required to distill, regardless of whether or not you're selling it.

    Absolutely need a distilling permit and your premises has to be cleared by Revenue Inspectors etc.
