    Gael Force 6 click here for link (and GF12) are on this weekend in Mayo (around croake patrick).

    My team mate/Girlfriend can't make it, and the event is sold out. Anyone interested in going at late notice? I've asked and we can't get our money back or defer for a year, but we can change the name to someone else.

    I cost 70euro but I am willing to negociate cause its such late notice.

    12Km run on a beach/trail/road
    1.6Km kayak
    3.5Km run Trail/road
    32.5Km cycle
    4.5Km run/climbing croake patrick
    12.5Km cycle
    0.5Km run

    I've never done an event like this before and have only really been training for it for about 2 1/2 weeks, but if you've never ran more than 12Km before then this event is probably not for you. It difficult terrain and a lot of hills.
