    It is pretty poor allright.
    It started off promisingly but fizzled out in the second half.
    The two main characters were completely feeble and pathetic while lacking any sympathy.
    Their decisions were completely illogical.
    Its basically a remake of the far superior Vacancy.

    yeah when i saw the trailor of that and taken watched both of them
    taken was awesum but man that strangers was poor .
    il never watch a trailor again and want to see it from a basis of 2 mins of probably the best bits of the film

    Nah.. 'Vacancy' was harmless watchable fluff. Not a masterpiece by any means but not THAT bad!

    I haven't seen Vacancy, but I thought this was more along the lines of French film "Them".

    Either way, the trailer didn't do too much for me, think I'll give it a miss.

    Haha just saw the trailer yesterday and the first thing I thought was "This just looks like a complete rip off of vacancy and Ils":D


    Vacany was'nt that bad either. Fell apart the last 15 minutes or so but up to that I thought it was a good premise competently done. Nothing ground breaking but enjoyable nonetheless.

    Wilson died but the fact both survived

    was looking forward to this,the trailer looked pretty creepy but alas its just another slasher flick,and not a very good one at that!the 2 main charecters were useless

    I'm not so sure it's a remake - fans of The Strangers seem to take exception to suggestions that it is, and claim that production began on it around the same time as Them, it just took longer to come out.
