Thanks for the info Dave, I am looking for something a bit closer if possible, as I'm based in Wexford, but I'll certainly take a look at the Kilkenny option.
    Thanks again,
    Lorcan

Many thanks for the info on the lar gar style, but I'm really after wing chun.
I've been studying it for a few years in England, but I can't move home until I know I can continue training at home ! Somebody help me !
    Thanks again,
    Lorcan

Thanks for the info, but I really want wing chun. The last 3 years will have been wasted if I don't continue on with it.
Thanks again though, those classes are certainly something I would be interested in doing also.

Not necessarily! I know you feel like you've invested 3 years in something so you're best to continue. THe wing chun experience will stand to you in what ever martial art route you take. Hopefully you will find some Wing chun nearby but if not, you should try something else.

What you said is very true about my experience standing to me if I decide to start something different, but to be honest, I believe wing chun to be the best system around, along with j.k.d.
No disrespect to any other art, but I do find some of them can be quite rigid in their training, and in their philosophies.
I am slightly biased I suppose, but each to their own !
