    Hi all do NTL sell replacement remote controls for their pace digibox .Thanks:)

    No idea. You could get a new UPC branded box for free (with remote) these have a better guide than the NTL ones ever did.

    Hi

    If you call them they will send you a replacement control but they might ask you to send the old control back to them 1st.

    The did send me a replacement a while back for the old NTL digital box.

    Yeah, just call them and say you have one of the NTL pace boxes and it's faulty (make something up) and you'd like to get it replaced. There is also the DVR for an extra €5 per month. I couldn't go back to not having the DVR. While I'm told Sky+ is better, the DVR is a big step up.
