Need a good 5.1 wall plate or a project.

Im currently waiting on 30 metres of speaker cable and 5 audio wallplates to arrive for my 5.1 setup.

Basically all wiring will be behind the stud wall and break out to a single wallplate in each corner of the room. These then connect back to a single 5.1 wallplate... but Im having trouble finding a decent one.

Also, I will be using banana plugs to connect the speaker to the wall plate. Anyone suggestions?

Should I solder the speaker cable to the rear of the wallplate? Would ordinairy solder do the job? i.e. loss of sound quality. Or should I use banana plugs front and rear.

I just want to get the right combination for the best aound quality,

Have used these quite often and they work very well. Can use either banana plugs or the screw down binding posts on either side.
Available in either 5.1 €50 or 7.1 €60 variations.

The one I got was a 5.1 without a sub connection, which isn't listed here anymore. I actually got the same brand, but cheaper, from a different supplier :

I haven't actually got around to soldering or whatever - at the moment the speaker cables are just tied to the back of the plate! (works fine for now!).
