    I handed over a deposit and signed a lease for a place in Sandyford almost a month ago. I needed to find accommodation for September as i am starting a course then. I got a call from the landlord earlier today to say that something has come up (family related i think he mentioned) and that he can't let out the room. His exact words were "he'd appreciate if i could find other accommodation". He said he won't see me stuck but that's besides the point. He told me to ring him back again so we can sort something out. Is there anything i can do about the situation?? I have handed over a deposit and signed a lease. If thats not binding i don't know what is. Any help please
