Hi all,

I have a double room to rent in a two bedroom apartment in Blackrock. It's a 5 minute walk from the DART, 7/ 45 bus stop right outside the door, 3 min walk from Blackrock village. The apartment is on the groundfloor, only neighboured on one side with a big patio and backs onto a garden leading to the sea (views are fabulous!), very bright and spacious, gas central heating, all the usual mod cons, shared bathroom.

Rent is €650 per month and I'm a quiet and clean housemate
