new kick mic - EV ND -868

this mic sounds pretty remarkable - very little eq needed and its only very lightly scooped in the box - im well impressed with it .
the akg 112 is now on floor tom duty ( where it seems to like being as well )
great thud and punch in this ev mic.

new snare mic - audix i5
has more body than the 57 , and a little less snap .
but the low end body on the snare really beefs it up ( i like like a bit of low end on a snare ) the 57 is now on the top tom ( where it too seems to like being )

all in all - i like them alot .
