PS3 Deal - Good or Bad?

    My mate who is going to OZ has offered his 40GB PS3 to me for €400.


    *2 Controllers
    *HDMI Cables
    *Tiger Woods 08
    *FIFA 08
    *Some other driving game, cant remember which one.

    Its in perfect shape, but im letting the forum decide, it seem like a good deal or should i let him give it to his sister for nothing!?

    If he's giving it to his sister why can't he give it to you for free instead?

    After some two second research it would seem about €300 is normal for the console, so about €400 for it with games/controllers is reasonable. Not much of a buddy discount though.

    Id say let him give it to her and then buy it off her at a discount when she inevitably gets sick of it. Also maybe ask her out to annoy your mate due to lack of big discount. Welcome to boards. :)

    You'd think that, i have no problems giving him money for it, i'd never ask him for it for nothing, thats just a gypo thing to do!
