Interesting/crazy/random jobs

I'm looking to get a job, an interesting or a crazy job. I don't care about the pay, I'd work for free if the job was interesting enough. Just want an experience and something to do for the year or maybe a few years. No qualifications bar the leaving cert.

I live in Dublin but I'd work virtually anywhere if it was for food and board.

I once talked to a guy who drove to australia on a motorbike and was paid to keep the wallaby population down. Something that great.
Few ideas off the top of my head would be pest control, working on a freight ship, fisherman...

Any help finding one? or any ideas?

then there's http://www.gumtree.ie also, under General jobs they can look for drivers,models,gardeners/landscapers/shrub cutters etc.
