Motorola connections

Hi im just about to buy a throath mic for work, work radios are motorola gp328's with the 2 pin adaptor fitted, is the 2 pin the same as all other motorola 2 pin connections, i know it differs from icoms but just wondering if one motorola 2 pin fits all? (bar the gp's without the adaptor)
