before I start, I know at first this my be sent to youth travel but please read first.

My fiance and I are planning a trip to europe next spring and we're trying to draw a rough map of where we will go and plan out the dates, leaving a few days extra here and there because we're wander minds, but I was wondering where I would find better information about what to visit, eat, drink, and festivals. We will be leaving for Dublin in April or May. We plan on visiting these countries/cities in this order(The list is hardly 1/4 of the way done):

Dublin Ireland, west ireland, north Ireland, Scotland, Orkneys, Inverness Scotland, Perth Scotland, Edinburgh Scotland, Glasgow, ?, France, Brussels Belgium, Cologne German, Luxembourg Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Munich Germany, Vienna Austria, Prague Czech Republic, Leipzig Germany, Berlin Germany, ?, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, ?

If anyone knows of great places that is a must to see for a 20 year old adventure nut and his equally adventurous fiance or know of a site that would help us IE. best pubs, weekend festivals(music or arts), amazing things to see(like the Cliff of Moher that I'm dying to see), or great food that's worth the travel. Also I'm canadian incase anyone was wondering, I don't mean to be a jerk but I hear some Americans aren't looked upon as the greatest bunch in places so thought I would clear things up, I'm not a narrowed minded bunch like our neighbors below.
