MMA in Waterford ?

    Hi I am new here,All I want to know is ,Is there any place in Waterford to learn how to be a cage fighter ? Do you have to learn Mui Thai or something like that before you start or can you just learn how to cage fight ? :o

    You can train MMA in Tycor with Waterford Vale Tudo. WaterfordMMA on here will give you more details.

    There is a matted area. It's all you need. Don't get caught up in the flashy side of MMA. The instruction is much more important than a cage ;)

    Ages range from around 23-30 ish. How old is your friend?

    Hes not exactly my friend,Hes my friends son and hes around 16-18

    Ah alright. Well, he's the right age to start. I'm not sure what policy the lads have up there about new people starting. I'll wait for WaterfordMMA to post to let you know a bit more. I think they require a few lessons beforehand to cover the basics before delving into the MMA classes.

    hi waterford vale tudo have moved from billys
    but some old members have stayed on to form there own team black hawk mma so any one can call up to see them
