Thinking of working for myself

    Hi,

Looking for advice here or anyones experiences of leaving a permanent job to go off and work for themselves.

I work in IT, in a good company and in a good role. Ultimately I want to work for myself and set up my own company, build a few products and sell them.

Maybe the time is wrong with the way the economy is and I should sit tight in my current job. Or is there never a good time to go anyways?

    Not an easy decision...

You should start building your product in the evenings and once you have secured investment or gained contracts you can leave your full time job.
