Outlook Problem

    Computer Peeps,Help is needed.
    Came home from hols late last week went to log into Outlook but it keeps asking me for my password.I put it in but the box keeps popping up.When I caancel it a message appears to say send/recieve error.
    i have gone into the settings and changed the password but it keeps happening.
    My O2 email is configured to it.
    Anyone..................
