Least squares regression line problem!

    Hi im lookin for help with this statistics question:

    Derive the normal equations for obtaining the estimates of the intercept A and slope B of a least squares regression line, and obtain expressions for A and B.

    if anybody out there could help me solve this question i'd be extremely grateful, it could be the difference between me going back to college next year or not! Thanks.
