My laptop screen is bleeding red on its left side. Every thing has a red tint. Does anybody know what causes this or how it can be fixed?

its happened to me before on my old crt.... was told that its do with it being too near speakers/ a power source. If neither of these I'd say ur lcd is buggered...

ya this can be caused my a magnetic source near the screen, such as speakers mentioned above.

Magnetic fields do not affect LCD displays surely? Is the video card built in?
