Student Accommodation Cork - Where to avoid?

    Lookin for accommodation somewhere close to UCC at the moment. A few places i found were

    Deanshall
    Abbey Wharf
    The Spires
    South Mall Court
    Sullivans Quay
    Seven North Mall

    Any recommendations or words ov warning? I read about the landlord Arthur in another thread but it was a few years old. So if there are any other areas to avoid let me know please!!
