Met Eireann have confirmed that yestersdays floods were not caused by rainfall.....but were a result of the Dub fans tears But following Paul Caffreys resignation there is hope on the Horizon for next year. The Dublin Board are placing their hope on the signing of a new Chinese manager called .....Win Sam Soun !
