Took numerous photos at a party yesterday and when I went to load them up on my PC only 3 showed? Don't know if somehow I accidently deleted them or what, not a clue.

try CardRecover software - it's brilliant. you do have to pay for it but really works well

Double check all folders on the card too - they might be hiding in there.

If you've any Sandisk Extreme cards, you'll have some pretty good recovery software on the CD that came with them.

I could say his Mother was seen on Baggot street leaning into a car window and say I was only joking. ;)

just to join in for fun:p:p:p:p:p:p:p

Have you found them? When my camera went over 10,000 shots it automatically created a new folder. I thought I had lost some really important pics but they were just in a new folder that appeared out of nowhere!

Lol this remind me of the no experience required sports photography one!where one of the finalists shot loads of photos and then "lost" them all, turns out the camera created a new file :pac: dont think this would be the case on a 400D though

Are some of the photos RAWs and does your computer have a RAW driver to view them? That's happened to me a few times.

Try this to recover lost pics on a memory card

Look for recuva software (www.recuva.com or google recuva). It's free and has worked successfully for me in the past. XP and Vista compatible.
