    This is a private site but is it in the public domain? Like a news paper would be? Is the community public or private given the Internet and modern life?

    If you wanted a serious answer, you've come to the wrong place...

    There are many other forums on boards that may give you the answer you seek, have a wee lookie and you'll find the answer.

    Its a private site AFAIK so they own everything you post which is why they can get sued for posts and have to censor certain things at times like so an so is a corrupt arse of a politician posts.

    I'm sure its public domain information since its open to be viewed by anyone. Its basically like a giant wiki that people hang out in but with tons and tons and tons of useless information as well as some helpful advice. Basically a wiki with sections for talking sh*t to the other wiki users.

    Or in another words, a forum that existed long before Wiki's were popular :P
