    Hey folks

Thought I'd show off my new Status Energy. I think it was built around 1994 or so. Wooden neck with graphite rods (pretty standard on most basses these days). Mahogany body and passive electronics. The tone control doesn't work at all so it'll have to be seen to. LEDs in the fretboard which alone would cost a bomb. I got it at the bargain price of £204 and after shipping and conversion worked out as €314. I'm knocking my 'one bass at a time' rule on the head lately as I also acquired a Fender Jazz Highway One after have a hankering for a Jazz bass. I'll get pics posted soon enough. But for now, check out this cheapy cheapy Status Energy.

That fretboard would be handy if you want to land a wee remote controlled plane in fog :p

Nice one. Do you still have the headless one too?

I do. Had it up for sale briefly but I'm holding onto it. The credit card was building up a nice balance but sure who cares. 3 nice electric basses and my upright. Building a collection.
