UPC DVR manual timed recording

Can anyone tell me how you set up a manual recording on a UPC DVR box, for example if I want to record half a programme from 4.30 to 6.00 is there any way that I can enter in to record from 4.30 to 6, the only way I can see to record is to press the red button when you hover over a programme on the guide. Thanks

Press Menu, Digital Video Recorder and then Set Repeat Recording.

You can set manual recordings there and then select your channel, time and frequency.

I think the 'Set Repeat Recordning' should be changed to 'Manual Recordings' as it is a bit misleading, but it's UPC's cheap attempt at a series link.
