I've got an interview for Argos on Monday, and would like to know what to expect?
Just wondering does anyone work for Argos, or has had in the past and could give me some tips on what type of interview Argos do and what i should be prepared for...

    Thank you

    Thx,

From what I've read so far, I can expect group interview, a bit silly and funny activities/roleplaying which all seems different than the normal interview.

I just want to know if they always do this kind of interview (group)..

Hey, did they invite you for an interview or for a recruitment event/evening? If they actually said interview then you can expect a standard interview. which argos?

    Is this your fist job?

    1. Be honest
    2. Do you enjoy working in a team
    3. Can you can work on your own
    4. Time keeping
    5. Customer service
Am tired and my brain is slow, but if i remember anything else i would post on this

Hey there, don't think too much about this.
Do you know anything about stock control? Maintaining levels, deliveries? Till; cash handling, credit card terminals?

It's not rocket science, make sure you are dressed smart(not suit), neat, appear composed, smile, listen to questions.

Try to be punctual: and then use it as one of your good qualities ie time keeping

Hey, my missus used to work in Argos, and has interviewed people in the past. As far as I know it is standard questions re team work, customer service. I will ask her when I get home and if it is any different will let you know. I am fairly sure it's a bog standard interview, dont think there's any team exercises or anything.
Best of luck with it, just be yourself and answer questions honestly - if they ask something that you don't know, just say you havent the answer and move on. No point pretending, it will come back to haunt you.
    Good luck!
