I need to get to Albert College Park in Ballymun (near the library) next week by bus coming from either Santry or Whitehall. Any ideas what number I need to get? Or will I have to head into town and then head back out?

16a goes through santry i think? Get it to the junction of Drumcondra Rd and Griffith avenue and then get the 13a to ballymun.

So I could get the 13a on Griffith Avenue? (I'm actually coming from Swords but thought getting off at Santry or Whitehall would be easy to get to Ballymun.)

It's really not that far of a walk, but otherwise the 103 is the bus you want.

You can get off the 41 at Santry village by Santry Avenue and then get the 17a, 103 or 104 from there.

Its a 20min walk from there as well down Santry Ave

The 103 will take you from the off ramp at the N1 flyover to the junction of Collins Avenue and Ballymun Road.

I'm not being lazy, I'm afraid of getting rained on. (although I don't think there is a shelter outside that timber company place.)

Thank you for your replies. :pac:

Sorry, just to make sure. I'll need to get the 103 coming from Omni, yeah? Santry Avenue is where the timber company is on the corner and beside the Park? Yes?

Yes, and the bus stop is just by that builders providers on Santry Ave. The 17a is a relatively frequent service. 103 less so.

If you get on the 103 or the 17a at Santry Avenue (big timber company and Heiton Buckley warehouse) and get off at the junction of Ballymun Road and Collins Ave and walk down to Albert College Park from there you'll be grand.
