ok ok, now alot of you will say just move out..but..I shouldnt have to...

One of my flatmates, shes a girl.....now, she has a relatively good job, seems quite nice to your face, understanding, nice enough....but thats where it ends!..

she has to be the biggest nymphomaniac I've ever met, 3/4 times a week (without fail) brings home random guys, shes above me and she is NOT quiet!...

(this isnt a jealousy issue..).....she socialises with pure nackers (shes not one..hence my confusion)...brings them home, 3 somes, foursomes...drugs.....they usually come over once/twice a week for a sniffing session in her room, playing music and being loud and boisterous.

Her best mate lives with us too and shes told me she listens..but wont change as others have asked her to keep it down..etc...

I dont care, have fun...thats not my problem...but being inconsiderate to the other 4 people in the house isnt on...

what Im asking..is, is there any sort of warning that a landlord can give?...what would it need be to get her kicked out?... I'm not moving out as it was hard enough getting this place and very close for my final year in college which is coming up shortly..

If you didnt know her..she seems fine from the outside.friendly ...etc....but she just has no consideration for anyone but herself...."friends" coming over..slamming doors etc at 05:00 in the morning isnt on....music etc.

If this is more suited to PI , please move....thanks :)

Write up a list of the things she does which are wrong and get everyone in the house to sign it... Give that to the landlord... He will want to keep the majority happy instead of having them leave so whe will get the boot

If she's not the leaseholder, whoever is the leaseholder can give her "reasonable notice" to leave.

I used to live with a girl like her. In the two years we lived together, she must have had sex with at least 200 guys. She never used condoms (she told me this) and she was going out with a boards.ie user for the two years!

    Nasty.

I remember for a while she was bringing a homeless lad back to have sex with. Now, I don't give a damn who someone sleeps with, and I'm the opposite of a prude, but ffs, you don't bring homeless people back!!

Anyway, if talking to her isn't working, you need to get rid of her.

You've got plenty of grounds to get rid of her. I'm not a prude either but there is nothing worse than trying to get to sleep when someone in a room nearby is doing the horizontal mambo. And that's before you throw the loud music etc. into the mix.

There's no point in her friend saying 'she listens' if she's not changing her behaviour. Any reasonable person, if they were told that they were making too much noise, would make an effort to put that right. She isn't. I wouldn't give her another chance, no way.

If nothing else, the talk of drugs should be enough to put the frighteners on the landlord.
