European Studies-NUI Maynooth?

I want to do European studies at NUI Maynooth, How many places are there available per year? And what's it like? Is this possible if I do French, Geography and beginners' Spanish for the first year, then drop Spanish for the next year so at the end of it could i be able to teach Geography and French at secondary school…
