Globe Hotel In Dublin during the War?

I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about a hotel called the Globe Hotel which was in operation in Dublin during the 1940's? If so, where was it? I'm aware that there is a pub called The Globe on George's St now, but was this where it was? Thanks.

Check the Thoms Street Directory for the years in question OP. They are archived in the Gilbert Library in Pearse Street I believe.
