NEW CASH LEAGUE STARTED AT THE POKER ROOM, TALLAGHT

Thanks for everyone who competed in the last cash league at the club we had 24 members with 60 hours or more and 11 members who had over 120 hours and qualified for V.I.P benefits. Paul Dowling was the over-all winner, with almost 500 hours. There was a 5 way split of the cash league final free-roll with Paul winning the playoff for the left over cash. Total prize pool, €9300. Congrats to Paul Dowling, Robin Keogh, Oisin Oneil, Sean Creighton and Pat Murray who all won over €1,000.

The new cash league started a week ago and it runs until Saturday the 17th of October. The Cash league final is on the 18th of October. (10 weeks)

The rules.

1. For every pot over €20, €1 is taken out for the cash league.

2. Employees of the club are not eligible to play in the cash league.

3. Players hours will be tracked when they start and stop playing each day. The hours will be updated and posted in the club every three days.

4. Double hours each week on Sunday and Tuesday.

5. The club will kick in €500 to start off the prize pool.

6. You need 60 hours to qualify for the cash league final and 120 to qualify for V.I.P Benefits (list of benefits to follow.) Everyone who qualifies for the final will win at least €100

7. For 60 Hours you will receive 6,000 chips at the final, for 90 hours you will receive 9,000 chips and so on. Estimated cash league prize pool €10k

8. If you qualify but can't play in the final,you can either have €100 in cash or have half your hours carried forward to the next cash league.

Payout

70% of the pot will be free rolled at the cash league final.
15% of the pot in cash to the person with the most hours
10%of the pot in cash to the person with the second most hours
5 % of the pot in cash to the person with the third most hours.

If you have 120 hours during the cash league you will qualify for V.I.P benefits. the benefits are

1. Free Taxi to and from the club. keep your receipt we will redeem it for cash chips in the club. Max $40 a month.
2. Complimentary Food and drink of your choice while in the club. Inc alcohol and hot food.
3. Complimentary cigarettes while your playing in the club, we will have your brand of choice. (Must be smoked outside.)
4. €200 in credit, must be paid back within one week.
5. €250 buy-in towards a large tournament of your choice. Currently its Killarney for most of the V.i.Ps as we are running a complimentary bus to the event.

You keep your V.I.P benefits from one cash league to the other, you need 120 hours during each 10 week period to keep your benefits.

The Club is open 7 night a week 8-6a.m and from 2p.m on Friday and we offer complimentary beer, soft drinks, hot drinks and Food for all players.
