All time cheesy action flick Commando has some of the best action lines - what is your favourite?

I think mine has to be, after he has just killed the passenger next to him, arnie remarks to the stewardess - don't wake my friend, he is DEAD tired.

I think the best is when he's in his gaff and the army dude has Arnie at gunpoint. Army guy: "now, if you cooperate with us your daughter will be fine, right?" Arnie: "WRONG!" and blasts the guy away. the first time I watched this scene was one of the very very few times I cheered while watching a film, brilliant!

it's a two parter:

then on the cliff, with Sully dangling over the edge...

Some superb quotes - forgot about the 'I lied' bit. Psychopathic behaviour at its very best.

Another one sprang to mind when he is fighting the Green Beret (and smash through a motel wall in the process) - 'This Green Beret is going to kick your ass' to which Arnie replies 'I eat green berets for breakfast'. And you know he is telling the truth.

I also love Bennett boasting that Matrix and him could kill all the general's chickensh*t soliders. My dead grandmother and Matrix could also do that - he seemed to be doing a good enough job by himself!

And can anyone tell me why the Police, after arresting Arnie for breaking into a Gun Shop with a JCB, leave a stewdardess at the scene with a car full of weapons including rocket launchers???

Best line is definitely when he's fighting the black guy, and the black guy gets the gun and is about to shoot him.

"Fúck you asshole" - pulls the trigger and there's no bullets left. Arnie has the greatest comeback of all time...

"Fúck you asshole" - then kicks his ass and kills him.

Ah it's never gonna sound good when reading it. It's the way he says it as well as how stupid the line itself is.

That actor (David Patrick Kelly) does the 'weasely bad guy' thing better than anyone. He was also outstanding in The Warriors as Luther.

Yes - a faultless performance. Didn't quite deserve to be dropped head first off a cliff.

I love the way his job is done (arnie safely on the plane) so he has a bit of free time and heads straight off to pull a stewardess. Nice.

The guy who played Bennett said his character was basically an aussie Freddy Mercury on Steroids. that's what I thought even before reading that i thought his character was a legend, no John Matrix though

when you look at his career (Vernon Wells, who played Bennett) you start to remember all the other places you saw him like in Mad Max 2, Inner Space and a heck of a lot of Power Rangers episodes.

Those lines used to randomly pop into my head the odd time and now I know where they come from!
