Antrim MMA fighter Martin Begley will Face off against highly rated Quannum fighter Martin Stapleton at Fightzone 4 on August 23rd.

Stapleton is the current Fightzone Lightweight British Champion. He is a very aggressive striker with big takedowns and heavy handed GNP.
The fight will be for Stapletons British Title and the Vacant Fightzone European Lightweight Title.

We were not planning on sending Martin to fight on the mainland until next year (when he hopes to turn full time pro) and even though its on short notice we see it as too good an opportunity for him to turn down.
This is the start of a busy end of the year for Martin with him fighting Alan "The Cannon" Hannon in the main event of the next Tribal Warfare in Galway and then a run out on Spartan 3 in November against a quality fighter that im keeping to myself at the minute!

    Thanks for your time.
