In case anyone here doesn't venture over to fitness, we're hosting a gymnastics workshop on Saturday, August 23rd. Details here.

Considering the strength, flexibility, muscular endurance and just sheer impressiveness of gymnasts knowing how to incorporate progressive bodyweight training into your conditioning will have a huge pay off for martial artists.

    Collie,

Should I bring a leotard if I was to participate ??

Nope, just a tight t-shirt and tight fitting bottoms or shorts.

Also, no experience or minimum strength/flexibility levels are required to participate.

So you're sitting there wondering what in the blue hell does gymnastics have to do with MMA? You've probably got all conspiracy theorist about it and noted Colm's in deep with the moderator crowd and maybe rules aren't that strictly enforced when the thread isn't entirely relevant.

In his defence I say these simple words - Cartwheel Guardpass!

Well there's no thread or forum titled gymnastics on this site... There's adult gymnastics in Galway on Tuesday evenings that breakdancers and martial arts folk attend...
